We hope you are enjoying this gorgeous morning! The weather for EA's 5K (just 3.1 miles!) Trail Run/Walk on Saturday is to be just like this morning's. We hope you will come walk for a cause (Hospice of Frederick Co), and you will be delighted with the enjoyable run/walk trail we have marked off. The simple joys during an early morning outing are priceless...fresh air, clear sky, insects, wildlife, sunrise thru the trees, appreciation, ... Pre registrations via the web site are helpful, walk ups welcomed!

The best kept secret on Detrick Road this weekend...the first of the local, early tomatoes are in the market! We also have an enjoyable selection of spring greens and radishes to go along with the beef, chicken or lamb out of the freezer to make dinner.
