Fresh ice cream or whipped cream would make it divine.  the four week old meat chicks are enjoying their first day out on grass!  The best kept secret on Detrick Road this weekend...the first of the local, early tomatoes are in the market! We also have an enjoyable selection of spring greens and radishes to go along with the beef, chicken or lamb out of the freezer to make dinner. Not only were the sheep shorn by Emily Chamelin on Sunday during our shearing of the sheep day,... 
 A local daisy troop came to the farm to make a contribution for Earth Day, by planting a row of potatoes, which they will tend to throughout the growing season.
